Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in software, digital products, or system implementation projects
  • Demonstrated experience in leading initiatives
  • Strong skills in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and creating functional documentation
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with developers, designers, and product owners
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written – able to communicate effectively and produce clear documentation
  • Familiar with tools such as Jira, Figma, and diagrams (e.g., BPMN/UML using Visual Paradigm)
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing priorities in a dynamic environment
